Shopping in The Borders is a real pleasure. If you are looking for a special present , something, different to wear, mouth watering foods or delightful crafts to decorate your home, then you will be spoilt for choice! Avoid Christmas shopping in the big cities and take time to potter round our local villages and towns where parking is easy and usually free and the town centres are full of individual boutique shops with a personal touch.
