Carfraemill is ideally situated on the junction of the A68/A697 at the gateway to the Scottish Borders.  It is 4 miles north of Lauder, just 21 miles south of Edinburgh, 80 miles north of Newcastle, 75 miles north of Carlisle and 70 miles from Glasgow.

We are delighted to cater for meetings of any size and duration.  Meetings can be held in the Conservatory, the Gallery, the Campbell Room or Marquee.  We can tailor meetings, conferences and corporate events to suit your exact requirements.
