The Lodge, Carfraemill is in the Scottish Borders and is situated at the junction of the A68/A697, 4 miles north of Lauder, just 21 miles south of Edinburgh, 80 miles north of Newcastle, 75 miles north of Carlisle and 70 miles from Glasgow.

We can offer you a daily delegate rate, overnight delegate rate or we can tailor your meeting to suit your exact requirements. Please telephone us on 01578 750750 and we will be delighted to discuss the various options.

Daily delegate rates - £30.00 per person

• Room hire, morning coffee with homemade shortbread
• Two course lunch will coffee (sample menus available)
• Afternoon tea/coffee with homemade traybakes
• Room hire includes use of data projector, screen, flipchart, TV and dvd
• Jugs of water and fresh fruit are always available

Note: At present we do not have a data projector. Please give advance notice if you wish us to hire one in.

Two day one night delegate rate - £150.00 per person

Day one

• Room hire, morning coffee with homemade shortbread, soup and sandwich lunch
• Afternoon tea/coffee with homemade traybakes
• Dinner
• Quality accommodation

Day two

• Room hire, breakfast, morning coffee with homemade shortbread, soup and sandwich lunch
• Room hire includes use of  OHP, screen, Flipchart, TV and video
• Jugs of water and fresh fruit are always available

Individually Tailored Meetings
