Our Bedrooms at Carfraemill

 

The ten individually designed bedrooms with immaculate en-suite bathrooms are delightful, elegant and comfortable, offering the discerning traveller the very best of Borders hospitality and a good night's rest. We have six double rooms. two twin rooms and two family rooms which consist of a double bedded room and adjacent room with adult size bunk beds. Cots and extra fold down beds are available.
All rooms are available for single occupancy at a reduced rate. Click on the pictures below to see a larger view of each bedroom.


As befits this very special friendly hotel , Carfraemill has been awarded four stars by VisitScotland and numerous awards for good food and excellent service.  Come to the The Lodge at Carfraemill in the Scottish Borders and you will discover just what a personalised hotel feels like.

Our bedrooms all have televisons and internet access is available.

The bedrooms are all on the first floor and we have a small private room called "The Gallery" which is popular for private dining and small business meetings but may be available for our room guests on request. It is an ideal room if you are staying here with friends and would like a quiet place to have a drink or a coffee. Pictures from local artists are displayed in "The Gallery" and are available for sale.    

We specialise in all types sporting holidays such as fishing, shooting and golfing and we love to host family gatherings. Please give us your details and we  will tailor individual or group holidays to suit your exact requirements. Private dining rooms available.
