We have seen many weddings and functions where people have been slow to speak to each other. Passing good food around a table is a good idea to break the ice!

We have the following dishes which are cooked individually and presented at the table for you to carve or serve.  This creates a warm atmosphere just like having dinner at home!

Meat or Vegetable Lasagnes served with crunchy green salad and crusty bread, Casseroles ( lots of ideas!) with rice, crunchy green salad and crusty bread.

Roast Leg of Lauderdale Lamb studded with garlic and rosemary served with new potatoes and a delicious selection of vegetables.

Roast Sirloin of Border Beef served with roast potatoes, honey roasted root vegetables and a green vegetable selection.

Warm Roast Fillet of Buccleuch Beef served rare with rocket, parmesan and red onion salad, roasted beef tomato salad, carrot and courgette salad, minted new potatoes and a variety of mustards.

Cold Selection. Platter of rare Beef and Honey roasted Ham served with either lightly Poached Salmon or Coronation Chicken and a really interesting selection of salads and hot minted new potatoes.
