Carfraemill is a great place to hold a luxury hen weekend. Stay in our country-chic bedrooms, enjoy a dinner and drinks in a private room and choose from a selection of activities from our favourite suppliers.

You will love Carfraemill’s gorgeous rooms and fabulous breakfast. We have 8 rooms sleeping 2 guests and 2 Family Rooms, each sleeping 4 guests.

Relax after hours in our residents lounge upstairs.

Dinner with the girls

We will create a menu to suit all of your guests. Enjoy in a private room with wine and fizz! Optional add on: hire out our Campbell Room for the dancefloor and private bar!

Cake Decorating

Spend a happy few hours at Carfraemill decorating cakes or cupcakes with our in-house baker.

Clay Pigeon Shooting

Tracy at Roxburgh Shooting School will put all of the hens through their paces with professional coaching in stunning surroundings.

Lammermuir Walks

Lammermuir Walks

There are some stunning walks all around Carfraemill. Get some fresh air on routes from 30 minutes to several hours.

(Or have a posh picnic hamper from £12pp).

Gin Tasting

Proving very popular are our superb gin tasting sessions.

Your gin master will mix up local gins with premium tonics and pairings. Cocktail option also available. From £25 pp.

Vintage Afternoon Tea

Carfraemill's famous Vintage Afternoon Tea is perfect after an active day out or a fab way to end the weekend.
